I was very confident but my VO office returned my i20 and passport but my status is saying the same which you have mentioned

At what stage should I be able to pay and upload docs via CEAC? I have NVC case number and invoice ID but CEAC only show At NVC but there is no pay now or other indicator enabling me to and upload documents. At what NVC status will I be able to do so?

I received 221g status was showing refused after 9 days my visa got approved after 1 day its show that issues so whoever recieves refusal don't panic just wait they will check your background and give you visa soon🎉❤

Thank you for the video. I am in the same situation right now. I had my dropbox interview on Nov 21 St 2022. On Dec 15th, Dec 23rd and Dec30th 2022 the status was updated as "Refused" and I did not receive any communication regarding my passport from embassy. I am bit worried not sure how long I need to wait for the status to get updated.

I had interview in sep 18. At the end of the interview that they said my cr1 immigration visa has been approved and they also gave me congratulations paper along with green card payment procedure . But after few days I got back my passport and there was no visa stamp then I checked my visa status it's showing refused so few days later I got email stating that I need to submit joint support documents so I immediately submit it so can you tell how long should I wait and when they gonna review it ? Any idea plz

Hi Hira i was told your visa is approved and they kept my passport but now it’s showing refused. But thing is I need to travel overseas within a week, just wondering if you ever encountered like this? How can I retrieve my passport from us consulate? Thank you

Hello, I applied for a non-immigrant visa on 15th December 2021, on 17th August 2022 my visa status changed to Administrative Processing. On 21st August I got an email to submit my Passport and Photo which I had submitted on the same day then on 28th August 2022 my visa status changed to Approved then on the same day after 3 hours the status has been changed to Application Received. Now my query is what next is going to happen? Please let me know.

Mine went from Ready to approved.

My IR1/CR1 interview was 12 business days ago and noticed immediately after approval my status changed to visa issued

Hi, My husband got an interview, then they refused his case. The officer asked him to provide the evidence of travel document with stamped. I visited my husband two times and both my visit I got pregnant and I have two sons. Both my visits I traveled a Travel Document. when i first started the process I had a Green card and now I became a us citizen. Then, the interview day the officer asked my second trip evidence of the travel, and I didn’t have the travel document. Because the day I have the oath ceremony USCIS took both my green card and travel document. Please tell what to do the case is still refused it’s been a 90 days already.

My fiancé had an interview on May 10, he had the documents and answered all the questions. In the end, they gave him a g221 tick mark for the administrative processing box. After that, we checked online and said refused.

When it shows issued who do we contact to to get the passport or they will contact us?
