Hello! I know that not everyone has the same belifs as me, but I greatly recamend NOT doing spirtual cyistal meditations and meditations in general. I have learned that this is related to demon spirits which is basicly the spirits that your meditating on. I know that this is verry contraversal, but it's important.

Tbh to be "that girl" is not a simple thing , you should give up a lot of things , like eating unhealthy sleeping as you want , staying for hours on your phone , but it worth it , i really want to start improving my self to the best version , i met a lot of difficults , but that's the of the "real glowing up", so for every girl thought that she can't be what she wants, it's not only you , even that the perfect girls with perfect bodies on media passed by the same you are passing by , so keep going guurl , let's glow up together and make it change
