Lovely ideas here and look professional too. Wish I liked butter but could try without or just make the ones you did not put butter in. I love that cherry compote but have never seen iit in my local supermarket in England.

Cottage cheese is disgusting. I would never use it for pastry. Most of these are too much pastry and not enough filling.

Want to try. What is “cottage cheese”? In the US the cottage cheese is cream and wet. Don’t care for it at all. Guessing yours is maybe crumbled cream cheese.

Same procedere with cheese, Bacon or some others one special nonsweets

Very nice, but overkill on the fruit. Try creme cheese centers, chocolate, or cinnamon sugar. Cherries and pineapple will be bitter in this treatment. You’re welcome from a certified pastry chef.
