ОтветитьI’ve done this warm up probably 50 times now and every time you say ‘keep the core nice and tight’ my core is never nice and tights so that reminder is very on point 😂

Time for this 53 year old man to drop the pounds and get the health back in order. Thank you for you dedication, fun and renjoyable workouts. Glad I am working out at home at 4:30 am. Don't want my family seeing me do the Dance Party workouts!

ОтветитьNice! I work from home so my legs are stagnant or rarely stretch. Whenever i go out and walk, my legs starting to have severe pain, restraints or muscle tightening. So Im gonna apply your warmth up before going out to prepare my legs for a long walk.
