Got mk11 yesterday, played the story (i mean grinded through it cause of the fights), played some online matches and got destroyed! I realized pretty quick i was having a skill issue, so i found this video and...
Dropped the game, cause there's so much to look at! Mk11 is extremely good game, don't get me wrong! Just not for me I guess...
Hello. I am glad I came across your channel. I haven't play MK since the 1990's. I am just starting again today playing MK11. It's so different to what I remember. Any tips are going to be super helpful.
ОтветитьFor the button mashing thing, I play with my girlfriend. I try to be principled, went through all the tutorials, etc. my gf just button mashes. I’m not allowed to play certain characters against her, but despite that we are about even. We got to the kronika fight on hard and I couldn’t beat it for the life of me but she beat it on her third attempt. When awful boss would summon other people I’d get handed the controller and hand it back when dispatched
Ответитьawsoooome
ОтветитьThis video made me realize I’m a toxic fighting gamer
ОтветитьOne Thing My Older Brother Thought Me. *Dont Be Aggressive*... And I Am Better Now.
ОтветитьWhich song do use for the intro
ОтветитьUnless you literally can’t play online because it costs money
Ответитьthe best way to help you prepare.....CRACKER BARREL NATURALLY SMOKED CHEDDAR!
ОтветитьAnd don't do fatalities. Just play the game. If you wanna watch a movie just watch a movie. Doing a fatality every win will waste a ridiculous amount of time.
ОтветитьThank you for making this video. I got into Mortal Kombat recently and have been struggling with kombos, as well as jumping..which is slightly hard on controller-at least for me. Thisll hopefully help me out.
ОтветитьI'd have to disagree, except with learning combos. You definitely have to master combos in all certain ways. But you definitely can just focus on mastering combos in practice and beat anybody in random matches. The problem with people losing while trying to master their combos, is because they get to in a rush. The key is, is you gotta read your opponent, the key is defense. What does the opponent like to start off with on their first move? Or what they use the most?.. Overhead attack? Mid attack? Or Low attack? (Which most like to use this alot, as spammers). But for me, I like to bait my opponent, make them think I'm gonna make a move. To see what they do or how they start off. And I definitely use jump, but not excessively and I don't really lunge into the opponent for them to uppercut me, unless I know I have an opportunity to where they can't attack me. But like I said, if you can play good defense, then you definitely can pull off whatever combos you want on anybody. If you just read and pay attention to your opponent.
ОтветитьMistake number one: Play MK
ОтветитьI find combos to be just so difficult especially the more complicated ones because 90% of the times even when I believe I'm doing them perfectly they still don't go off at this point I can't tell if it's my timing I'm missing something or there's something wrong with my keyboard but Each combo has a 30% chance of actually going off or not And it's driving me up the wall
ОтветитьWhen I play I don’t even know what I’m pressing 😂😂 don’t have time to think what attacks I want to use so it’s just panic press everything almost
ОтветитьRule number 1 : video games are only for fun nothing else
Ответитьtop tier lists dont mean jack chit- see Hearthstone for reference i mained tsang through the 90s and devastated the state circuit beatig ppl with their own main in morph and then dub fatality sub zero freeze into and other char fataliy- usually kung lao frozen split- this game is very difficlut- but i picked it back up very quickly
ОтветитьHow to open Special Moves menu?
ОтветитьSo it's probably for that best that for injustice 2, I used practice mode with a bot on my skill level against a character that I have a harder time against.
ОтветитьNo 7 is quite helpful 🗿
ОтветитьAt first I thought some of these seemed obvious but as I kept watching I have to say this is actually one of the only really helpful beginner advice videos ive seen and sometimes we forget what it was like as a novice/beginner player and roll our eyes when someone recommends avoiding obvious mistakes and flaws and or working them out of your game through practice and you can get so used to having certain bad habits in your game that limit your skill and ability and become automatic and sometimes you need to be reminded of them and have someone point them out and they can be extremely hard to unlearn and sometimes you can't entirely get rid of the effect that certain bad habits have on your game and are just too deeply embedded in your reflexes that ultimately ends up making you slower than someone who practiced the right way because even if you make the same moves as them you have to spend the extra time thinking about it or always having to think ahead making you really vulnerable to fast and unpredictable opponents and if they start to poke holes in your game plan and do something you weren't prepared for and even falline half a second behind in high level competitive Mk11 can cost you your entire life bar in less than five seconds and in a game like mk11 with competition so sweaty that being one frame late one time can lose you an entire match you simply cannot afford to fall behind or be anything other than faster than your opponent
ОтветитьJust jumped back into MK after last playing MK Trilogy. This video was a massive help.
Keep up the good work.
first lesson: you don't clash with the enemy, but with your own limits
ОтветитьThank you for the content it was very helpful and informative
ОтветитьThanks man. After I watched your videos, I don't mashing alot like a first time anymore. Combo and special moves easier to execute now, but sometimes I accidentally mashed but still minimal than before lol. I was like mashing and hoping the best I'll win 😂
Ответитьjoy for completion? ha ha ha, I PLAY TO WIN! 💪💪💪💪 WHOS WITH ME!?
ОтветитьThis is all under the assumption you can chain 15 button combos.
ОтветитьFighting games are the hardest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So much stuff!
ОтветитьU got to know how to jump and land with a hit or kick and beat the opponent to it
ОтветитьAmazing video
ОтветитьToday's parenting upbringing should be instinctively at a level where mother, father, adoptive parent, guardian, caretaker or provider have a way of raising infant, baby, toddler, young child and teenagers to grow, develop and mature into a strong, confident, healthy, successful, fun-loving independent adult that can joyfully make their way through life as a single married leading or simply just being a healthy, happy and productive part of a massive group which is society. 1 key is learning your body's capabilities and limitations by fully engaging with all the body senses to their extreme limits in the most efficient way that is humanly possible. Thus becoming physically fit, mentally sound and spiritually balanced being able to express physical freedom. For only at this level of body awareness does one actually have the self-control, discipline, loyalty, devotion, appreciation, respect, confidence and playful determination. To consciously acknowledge and physically participate in being true towards love, honor and the creation of life preferably in the way of marriage being a husband and wife mother and father. S.R.F.
Ответитьeven though this video was a couple of years old I just wanted to tell you guys that when you lose your enemy is happy they beat you so even in loss you made someone happy:)
ОтветитьMortal kombat ultimate 11 is the greatest game to me its better than tekken 7 🤗🤯🤯🤯
ОтветитьBought this after the recent Steam Sale. It's been fun losing and learning at the same time. It's ecstatic when your improvement becomes visible.
ОтветитьLove the music
ОтветитьIf anyone wants to fight Cetrion hit me up Xbox One: Slizz2ThaWizz
Ответитьwhat are fundumentals
ОтветитьPlaying in practice mode with a standing still opponent is a big one. So is not getting frustrated (especially online).
ОтветитьWhen I tried to play online I learned two things :
1- I was not enough prepared
2- I faced stronger opponents at each fight
So I gave up and play against AI.
I learned katana first and then went onto a few more at a slow pace
ОтветитьI got earlier a dvorah that was poking my leg and i couldnt move at all no matter what i touched, i literally touched every command and combo and i got out from that when dvorah missed half second of timing
ОтветитьTop 1 things beginners do:*SPAM UPPERCUTS*
Ответитьmy friend really wants me to play this game and it seems fun haven't played in a while never took it serious but I can't even remember basic attacks without pausing and looking at the love list constantly and combos just won't happen I can't remember anything idk how to remember it all
Ответитьdoes changing stances matter
ОтветитьReally good video. Great breakdown of basic game elements. Thanks!
ОтветитьI just spam random buttons bc idk what to do and the attacks
ОтветитьBiggest mistake new players make is thinking they have to win to have fun...
