Conan saw that unity was a good game 7 years before anyone else

The reason for AC Unity having English accents is very debatable, however Napoleon had an English accent: from what I’ve heard, so I’d assume other French-born had the same thing.

The best explanation would be that the Animus has a translator to translate for the user. However previous games and predecessors to Unity didn’t translate beyond language. So the explanation is exclusively usable for Unity; but isn’t feasible due to all other AC games not translating accents.

Those two reasons could be correct or incorrect. Though I prefer the explanation of us English hating the French so much we don’t want to hear their language in video games…

(I must point out I’m joking on that last remark. I love languages and their accents. To an extent beyond words.)
