Good day. Based on experience ko po. Wag po kayong umasa sa job bank kasi government website yan at requirements ng goverment sa company na magpost jaan para maapprubahan sila ng LMIA which is a loophole ng government kasi ang option lang na makapag apply most of the time is thru email which is hindi madedetect ng government para masabing walang citizen or PR na nag aapply sa position. Best option pero low chance of success is makjpag usap directly sa HR or Employer.

totoo pala na mahigpit na din ang Canada, yung kapitbahay namin dito sa Batangas, nag aral dyan sa Canada as international student sa program na gusto niya for 2 years diploma from 2022 to 2024, wishing to extend for another 1 year to pursue a bachelor's degree, unfortunately na deny ng IRCC ang application niya to extend na mag stay, kaya umuwi na lang ulet sa Pinas, at least ang educational credentials niya is from Canada.. keep on praying kabayan..

Thank you bro for sharing your life situation here in Canada. I feel bad and sad about what is happening now to the TFWs and other temporary residents regarding the new policies and rules. I was in the same situation from 2014 up to 2016 because of these new changes in tfw programs. Many tfw went back home and went back to the middleast and other countries. Some of them came back to Canada and now they are PRs and citizens. My life story here is very complicated and a long story because of the abusive, manipulator and scammers, an employment agency, and an immigration representative. I fought back and never gave up. And now, I got my Permanent Resident status recently. Thank you Lord. Thank you Canada.

That is right, just keep on searching and applying for jobs that will give you LMIA. You mentioned already about the construction and farms and food processing. There are many jobs available in these fields, keep looking and keep applying.

I can see and feel that you really want to become a Permanent resident here in Canada. Who wouldn't? After everything that you've sacrificed, like giving up your career in Dubai as an auto Parts Advisor, the money that you spent and paid to your immigration consultant, etc., it's not a joke. Yes, you have the right to fight for that, and it's not easy especially that Canada's immigration policies and rules are changing from time to time like the weather. It's a hell bumpy roller coaster ride en route to your destination as a Permanent Resident, but it's worth it in the end. Just don't give up on your Canadian dream. Many of us were in that very same situation as yours.
