ОтветитьYou just don't massage where it hurts which is the bottom of the feet. You go to the face, the arms, or legs! Otherwise you inflame it more.
ОтветитьI found my cause for plantar fasciitis was my peroneal muscles. People that have had numerous lateral ankle sprains will at some time likely develop plantar fasciitis.. I treated it this way with lower limb deep muscle massage & breaking down the fascia scaring with SMR & Graston like techniques.. During the massage you can literally hear & feel the fascia crackling apart & then instant relief.. The deep massage was the key..

ОтветитьMy feet feel like a mix between walking on cement for 10miles barefoot and on fire at the moment. Iv been on my feet the past 24 hours ..at work. So Iv been on my feet the entire time mostly. This is horrible, never had this problem till recently
