AEQUITAS RDA BY AMBITIONZ VAPER & HELLVAPE ~~ FULL REVIEW/BUILD

The Aequitas RDA was Designed by Ambitionz Vaper (a Youtube Reviewer) and is manufactured in China by Hellvape. The Aequitas does resemble a couple RDA's on the market, but the innovative "flippable barrel" design is where it separates itself from the others. Capable of running TOP (middle IMO) or BOTTOM airflow by simply turning over the barrel, the Aequitas's focal point seems to be around providing airflow from all angles. The Cyclops style airflow is delivered at a 45 degree angle by the use of a press-fitted inner sleeve w/ grooves located on each end for the deck tabs to grab, secure, and center the airflow.
The airflow on the 24mm Aequitas is plentiful but its sweet spot (for me) is from the bottom. The flavor and airflow when configured for "BOTTOM AIR" on the Aequitas turned this in to a NON-FLIPPABLE barrel RDA for me. Subjective: "my thoughts on the Aequitas....BARREL UP it is an average AT BEST vape with ok flavor and bit on the turbulent side (even when coils are raised to accommodate air slots.) BARREL DOWN and this thing is a beast on a mech tube! Flavor pops, airflow sweeps from both sides at a 45 degree pitch. I honestly will NEVER flip my barrel again...so if you dig bottom airflow and don't mind painting your coils (I'm campaigning to bring coil painting back..yeah I know I'm old-school but that Shit is FUN and a bit nostalgic) I suggest you put in massive set of Aliens (thanks Clean_AF_Coils), throw this thing on a tube (or something with some thump) and LET IT RIP!!
