ОтветитьI did this work out a few months ago but I started working so I’m restarting.
Start date : 18th March restarted on 7th April.
Weight : 50kg
Goal : 47kg
new rule : 2 snacks a day 1 meal
Day 1 : ✔️ (I have over heat exhaustion so o definitely felt the burn on this work out more than usual but I thought I’d give a go)
Day 2 : ✔️ (i put it off for a few days as i wasnt well however, im getting better so gave today a go)
Day 3 : ✔️ (turns out I was ill for the rest of the month so ive had to restart, today is 7th April and I put on weight to 8.1 1/2 stone)
