Eating at 7pm such heavy meals is definitely NO healthy choice! Have a respect to your stomach. You will never get a rest and sleep if you eat such food at this time! I am not surprised that people have health issues and gain weight. By the way, Spanish eat their meals even later. 10 pm is a "normal" time eat... It is no surprise that almost every Spaniard around their late 20s are obese.
