I want nuclear war
Ответитьit's such a great video normally i wouldn't comment but it reminded how important it is to do things out of your comfort zone i feel like im isolating myself from everybody and its not good for me. Always when i force myself to go out or do something productive i find myself feeling a lot better. Thanks for the video
ОтветитьI've been working out for a quite some time, doing it about twice a week or so. And on the day that i decided i'll be working i was just waking up with such a horrible feeling that today, I'll have to work out. And when I did it, it felt like a terrible chore that i have to do rather than something i've chosen to do myself. And even after i finished working out I was haunted by the thoght that sooner or later i'll have to work out again, that it was inevitable. I was suffering so much that the entire day i was working out was just emotionally ruined for me. I have no idea what was i doing wrong.
p. s. I haven't been exercising for about a few months now, and I haven't really been doing anything either, yet I feel so much better now. I just don't understand why.
thx for this video
ОтветитьHe folds clothes better than women 🤣🤣🤣
Ответитьtake a shot shot every time he says comfort zone (this is just a joke i loved the video)
ОтветитьGreat wisdom
ОтветитьI see people commenting here saying that it's out of their comfort zone and I totally understand that. I don't usually write comments either
ОтветитьI’m 16 yrs old and I still have hope in myself that I will improve to become a better person
ОтветитьIt all just in my head
ОтветитьI dont play video games anymore. I used to though, but made a shit ton of money doing so.
Ответить😮 feel fire up with this😊
ОтветитьI really like this guy like since 5 minutes ago when I met him after the first time, interacting is one of my biggest issues and I am dying to expand it :)
ОтветитьWhenever I leave my "comfort zone", it's always a disappointment. Things never go the way I'd like them to, so I just stopped.
ОтветитьBe physical lay off from being to big headed. That is why school train us to make better decision in life. All sort of subject and physical education.
ОтветитьThank you for this video! One of my fears is definitely being rejected and lacking self-validation. Fingers crossed that one day that’ll all be part of my comfort zone!
ОтветитьHi
ОтветитьYeah um writing comments are also out of my comfort zone because I saw a comment saying that, and yeah also writing a comment to say that this video is great! It is persuading me to do uncomfortable things 😢🥳
ОтветитьDamn this was insightful
ОтветитьWhen I was reading your caption immediately I think you should stay at third world country.
ОтветитьWhen you reflect on your life, you will not say that the best parts of your life were when you played 10 straight hours of video games, napped all day, and ate a whole pizza. You will remember the accomplishments. If I don't have a project, I'm bored. Friday my father and I leveled some ground and laid 100 stone pavers for a shed in my yard. This week I will be staining my deck, redoing the ceiling in my living room, and reading chapters of the books I'm reading.
ОтветитьI am just ruining my life each second ,i am crying from inside ,seeing no escape from this
ОтветитьJust at the age of 18 I'm already on comfort zone, not going college From 5 months, only staying on one Room by sleeping, using phones and literally get bored by my own Life
Ответитьlove ya man
ОтветитьI have been taking an acting class and it’s honestly terribly scary lol but these past few weeks I have felt really good, especially on the days right after taking the class. I really think doing scary things that have the potential of a good outcome, it improves your mindset in more then just that particular situation.
ОтветитьI've spent most of my life outside the comfort zone and it didn't make me happier or gave my life more meaning or purpose. So it's not a miracle thing. But still is the right thing to do.
ОтветитьSo much of this was very similar to my experiences as well. When I was doing things that I usually wouldn't have done and I was pushing the boundaries of what I liked/tried, I look back on those times much more. The experiences of being outside of the comfort zone are what we remember primarily.
ОтветитьYup I had to learn this the hard way. My job stressed me out to the point that I quit and my boyfriend offered to take care of all the bills as long as I cooked and cleaned. He had good intentions He's all I was stressed and he was trying to help, but soon cleaning our small apartment wasn't much of a task anymore.... So I got bored, So I slept all the time, I didn't go anywhere so I didn't get any physical activity, My sleep cycle got thrown all over the place, then eventually I quit having the motivation to get up and cook and clean, our intimacy died off, I ended up severely depressed. Eventually the arguing got to a point where I just couldn't deal with it anymore, So I decided to go out and get another job, and then I got upset that it didn't make a lot of money, So then I went to take classes to get a better job, I got sick of being out of breath all the time so we started going to the gym. I'm in a much better place than I was 6 months ago. It just took till the near end of my 7-year relationship for it to actually hit me.
Ответитьafter keeping this video in my watch later for 3 years, finally i came out of my comfort zone and watched it 🎉
ОтветитьGreat thoughts mahn ❤️
ОтветитьI like the quality of your videos. I don't mind stepping out of my comfort zone. But when I watch one of your videos, I end up with similar content far too often and makes me forget that some people have different baggage to carry. It's ok not to be ok.
ОтветитьI love this ❤️
ОтветитьIts called "embracing the suck"
ОтветитьReally? Video games, books, and trying a Rubik's cube on a bench is supposed to be better than watching Hockey games? Yeah, that's true, stay out of the comfort zone. Well, there's nature photography and these video's. He's the guy that can get into an imac no problem, thanks to video's. His Rubik's cube looks really stupid to him. He can read books, no problem. The running and the working out in the hot tub were his real comfort zone, though.
ОтветитьI’m broken. Running is inside my comfort zone and driving is outside of it.
ОтветитьInaction leads to unexpected pain that you can’t prepare for. Action makes you face the pain- thus making it easier to deal with.
ОтветитьComfort zone is killing your gains
ОтветитьOh
I have passed my tests. I have been working for a year and a half to pass them. I felt good about myself for a while. It has been 3 days since I didn't do anything really meaningful. I used to be focused on the tasks, work out to a certain degree. But now I am on a slippery slope. Don't do much outside the comfort zone. I escaped discomfort but in reality I feel devastated. Like all the energy has been sucked from me. Now I wake up tired, binge watch a series, and go to sleep tired. I tried to work out. But I did not stick to it at all. My motivation rules my mind, my actions. I need to stop being an imposter in my body.
I am here to document that I am going to change. I don't want to accept mediocre. My screen time is up to 8-10 hours. I am ashamed of myself. I don't read. I am not living. I fap a lot. I noticed it a long time ago. Tried to quit. The problem is i am sometimes stressed out, and fapping helps me reduce stress. But it is an awful thing in my example. I could not manage to live a week without fapping. I am an addict. I feel like a failure because I live a parasital life. I need to change. I will change. I will. I promise to myself
