Saving your sister's life by casting Imperio on an enemy: unforgivable.
Killing an enemy with any spell or spell combination that isn't deemed "unforgivable": absolutely forgivable.

I genuinely think Sebastian suffered from some sort of bipolar disorder/DID, and it really becomes more apparent in the later story missions. He swaps between being aggressive and combative to understanding and compassionate in a heartbeat. I think the most damning example was in the Undercroft following the Avada Kedavra mission where he's saying how killing Solomon was the right thing to do to Ominis Gaunt, only to immediately express his regret for doing what he did and beg for forgiveness when he talks to the player.
Sebastian was easily the most interesting character/companion story line in this game, and definitely one of the more interesting slytherin characters in the wizarding world due to the muddy morals of what he does.

I really don't know what's the whole deal with these Dark Art Curses and Spells being an issue for everyone except Dark Mages who use them, as long as you use them for the greater good and the service of those who are defenseless and weak then there will be no issue about it.

the story of this game is kinda bullshit to me. Everything is pretty much useless, it's carryed for way too long and talking about Sebastian storyline it was certainly more interesting than the main quest but it ended like shit. I was expecting the uncle to reveal something more about WHY noone should seek for a cure to the girl's curse but in the end turns out he was just a boomer and all his resolution was "if people at the hospital didn't know what to do then noone does, end of the story". He was such a wasted character, I was expecting something more about him and the curse upon the girl but nothing at all. Also WTF GIRL, that cursed bitch just teleported inside a dungeon, pushed his brother, incinerated alone all the inferis and teleported out with the uncle's dead body?! Dumbledore WHO?! Magic world is glad this chick got cursed because she was a menace to society, all this being sick af, imagine if she was ok 😆

Ok, but, he could have just used Expelliarmus or Stupefy to protect his sister from the goblin. Like, regardless of his emotions that shouldn't be the first place he goes. And then he has the audacity to make excuses when his uncle is (rightly) horrified by his actions.

What was worse to me, was that the goblin he imperio'd wasn't just controlled, but controlled into killing itself. Cruel as fuck
