My symptoms are frequent urination, difficulty to pee and feels like my bladder is never quite emptied. Sex is difficult as I feel the urge to urinate and this often causes PE.

Been put on antibiotics but not helped and now thinking it could be related to knee / lower back injury combined with very stressful year.

Anyone had similar and tried this routine?

There's a part where Michael says "this doesn't have to be perfect... It should feel really good." Those words are so powerful to me. I'm always struggling to be "perfect" in everything I do. Just to be allowed to do what feels good... Wow. So liberating. Thank you.

Would tightening or injury of my pelvic floor cause my area abover bladder almost up towards the skin to feel really hard? Gets super tight sometimes especially at night. Any ideas? Thank you

Hi there I just began your routine and I'm hoping I feel some relief soon after 4 months of uncomfort and pain and much stress. I've been to a few urologists and have had many tests done that came up fine. Unfortunately I've been misdiagnosed and have been given antibiotics and other medicine which has not helped. I believe my issues began from edging too often when masturbating and having sex. I have since had symptoms which include throbbing pain after ejaculating and delayed ejaculations with less semen. My question is - how often can I masturbate and or have sex again without compromising my pelvic floor? Thanks for your help

I suppose that it’s not common to ask this but it is normal to have an erection during certain exercices ? Specially the first one.
Plus after this routine my perineum was shaking

However, I am certain that topical application of Fluticasone for more than 7 days significantly reduces the persistent pain caused by inflammation. I am personally tired of unscientific videos online. With a lack of confidence, I tried the stretching exercises from this video yesterday, focusing on relaxation rather than deep stretching, before sleeping during the day and at night. The next morning, I felt different. The persistent pain was gone. I don't know what happened, but I will continue to practice and learn. If I can recover, I hope to write about my treatment journey after some time to help others who are struggling with the same issues. On nights when I could only fall asleep with painkillers due to continuous pain, I had thoughts of despair. I hope everyone can overcome it with confidence."

Micheal I want to say thank you for blessing me with this information and the stretches. As a kid I vividly remember doing the “Kegel” contraction way too much as I thought it was weird and anxiety made it contract a lot as well. Before this video, my pelvic floor would contract and retract every god damn time I got up! I notice now that my pelvic floor is way less tight and rarely ever contracts unless I am in the gym. Once again, thank you

Excuse me sir, i have a Question... I am a person who rarely does running and jogging and now I want to try running and jogging and skipping. But I am also a person diagnosed with CPPs and now I am in the process of stretching to heal pelvic pain regularly. The question is whether I can run. & jumping jacks while doing routine pelvic pain stretching? And will running and jumping jacks slow down the stretching routine for my CPPS healing process? And What Exercise/Sport that should Be Avoided and Exercise that will disturb or slow down the CPPS healing Process

Hey there, I have a very specific question I was hoping I might be able to get answered.

I have been doing this exercise and fhe night time routine very often for the past week and half and have made tremendous progress. I was not able to sit down for more than 20 minutes for about 2 years and have been about to sit almost all day with stretching maybe 3 times a day so thank you so much.

I am curious as to if you had any experience with slight burning during/after urniation that has been my only thing that I feel progress is haulted on. I have had some improvements in this area but very minor.

Can you speak to if you had this symptom and if so did it ever resolve for you?

I feel my pelvic floor is much more relaxed but noticed it still persists. It's like the feeling of urine stuck in base of shaft.

Have been to urologist and diagnosed with hypertonic pelvic floor and attend PT for this and use your videos in addition to current routine.

I do not have pain. But have the constant urge to urinate 24/7, regardless is bladder is empty or not. It’s very debilitating. Its tough to be a father, and a husband and a good worker due to this.

Will this exercise help? I talked with someone with same symptoms as I am presenting who said this exercise helped him. He even said his therapist said not to do Kegels.

What do you think?

I been having discomfort, pelvic pain , frequent urination, difficulty starting to urine from 3 months now almost ..... My urologist who did my testicular removal surgery for testicular torsion 6 months ago , got all test done , urine test , ultrasonography, CT scan , blood test found no issues ...... Recently I got my vitamins tested and found i was severely deficient of Vitamin D and B12 ...... Having been taking vitamin supplement with doctor prescription from 20 days hope fixing vitamin levels help healing my pelvic floor..... Also just a quick question, while doing stir the pot my body below the thighs kind of vibrates ...... Do you know why ?? ... Does that indicate the muscles are way too tight? .... I just 18 btw ....
