Hi i have had my Xreal airs 1st gen for over a year now and just today i was using them like normal and then the end part of the right side of the glasses just fell off. i don't know what happened but it was not my fault. i would love if you could help in any possible way. Thanks!

I have 2 imacs connected to each other. I would like more screens but wondering if this would be a good option. Can I use this to connect and get like 2 or 3 more screens to my two imacs? Can I move the location of the Xreal screens so they are above my screens? Will they connect to my imacs which normally have a limit of 2 screens? How does that work? Or do I need to connect it to a separate mac? Do you connect to the macs via bluetooth or only the USB C?

Please launch this device in India also.

I tried a test product of the first one and it was horrible. It didn't sit snuggly in my face. The top part is too thick it keeps hitting my eyelids. The vision is also too low. I wish the thick part is below the eyes, resting on the cheek instead of what it is now so we could straighten our neck too hold it up which is what's great for posture

maybe say that u guys limited a lot on windows users? and only limited the air 2 pro for thunderbold cable . maybe u guys should say about this? it seems alwways misleading

Windows version needed. It sounded like it was happening, now the devs have gone a bit silent it seems? I can't see I'd use these for my mac really, the gaming and AR/VR stuff i'd consider buying them for all runs best on the PC as it's way faster and better graphics than the m2.

I'd like to play 3D videos on my Xreal Air 2 pro from my Android phone... I also have the Beam. When I play the 3D SBS video with VLC, and I long press the UP button for 2 seconds (like I saw in the tutorial) I hear a beep and the screen on the glass turns off. Can you tell me what should I do exactly to be able to watch 3D movies on my Xreal Air 2 Pro? 🤔

How are these compared to Viture Ones?

Just received my Xreal2 Pro and loaded Nebula on to my MacBook Pro. It Sucks! Nebula is unstable and doesn't work properly, the glasses graphics aren't that great. It's a Waste of money. 😡😡

What's taking so long with developing Nebula for Windows?? You guys have been releasing versions for Mac for a while yet almost no updates on Windows at all?

The lack of documentation is excessive. Received a pair from amazon and all the instructions were in chinese! Evidently nebula is not compatible with pcs and the documentation is contradictory at times. Sent in a log file 4 days ago and nothing so far.

It doesn't work as smoothly as it seems. You will need a compatible Android system with the right usb type c video output. I have a samsung Z Flip4 and it can't connect. Very frustrating.
