Setting up your computer optimal workstation is great,
but your body’s natural starting position has a big effect on your aches & soreness.

While you’re doing a workstation assessment, you might as well do a range of motion assessment at the same time to see where your starting point is.

Here are 2 ways to check your range of motion of head rotation and head tilt then improve them with these techniques.
