How do I edit a PDF in Canva?

When your offer changes slightly and you've lost the original document from whence you created the PDF, Canva now allows you to edit said PDF on the platform.

Not all PDFs can be edited - some are locked (?) for security reasons making it unable to be edited. Bank documents specifically come to mind.
