I am trying to figure out how to properly list our product because our product has 2pcs/box, but we wanted to make 2 options available where customers can buy either 6pcs (3 boxes) or 12 pcs (6 boxes). Will the variations allow for this?

Should I create my listing 1st, then process the shipment?

Because I want the manufacturer to put the FNSKU on the item boxes. I also need the Amazon shipment label. So to get those I need to create a listing, even though I don't have the products in the FBA locker yet.

So can I list it and have it sit dormant until the product arrives?
