I did the DNA test. It took 2 weeks to get the test kit. 10 minutes to swab the inside of my cheeks and do my part of the process. I sent the kit back in and waited for my results. I tried contacting them to find out if they received my test kit and about when I could expect to receive my results. I called a number and got a recording. The recording says send a text and they'll get back to you. It took over two weeks for them to get back to me via email. I never spoke to anyone. I finally received my results, 4 weeks later, and of course I still had questions. I could pay another $120 and make an appointment to speak with someone. The earliest I could get an appointment was 2 months out. By then I would be about 4 months in this process. Also when I received my results they recommended I buy one of their supplements for $97 per month. It all sounds wonderful and maybe too good to be true. Im 30years old. I been always kinda tired randomly, itchy, skin problems, I didn't eat shit, no alkohol, no processed foods, sometimes feeling like I have adhd sometimes not, was exercising running, heavy weights. But still something not right. My all family has health issues too. (Heart thyroid brains)

Got covid felt like im in my 50-60s.
Blood pressure was keeping 150-90. Cant sleep and etc etc for a weeks.

And I noticed my mood went up. Started to sing in my car, feeling happy, not tired, my pressure went down to 120 80 in a week or two.

All my life thought something is not right. I was asking myself, can it be that every specialist are just ego stupid.

So, methylation is a real deal. Another thing covid fucks up is glutathione.

I am very happy he made the change and improved his life. I am older than Mr. White, I take zero medication, my diet is completely opposite keto, and I don't have ANY of the issues that he had. What I am trying to say is he could have done this with plant based diet. I eat tons of fruits, nuts, grain, lentil, vegetables and I am not overweight and I don't have ANY of the symptoms of Mr. White. I am not promoting keto or plant based diet, what I'm trying to say is eat clean, stay away from all junk foods and drinks and do some exercise everyday and you will be just fine.

What's the amino acids you put dana on please.

It's BS explain charlie Munger then 3 diet cokes a day and doesn't exercise. You can't predict life expectancy. You can probably predict quality of life that's it. You predicted his potential life expectancy that's it.

Gary Becka is brillant - much appreciation for his work and advice - my mother's GP had prescribed her high blood pressure pills that just seem to make life worse with horrific side effects. Finding more people sucha s Gary talking about medical issues that doctors are just too lazy, or don't find enough profit in such treatments don't discuss. Starting to think a GP doctor stands for generally pathetic advice.
