Fascinating as always. Was a little surprised during the convo about civilizations potentially not going to war or animals raised in a good home never biting. I agree most humans and animals are not inherently violent, unless they’re hungry. Resources have always been the number one reason for violence. Really appreciate Julian playing devils advocate and always attempting to ask if there was a more simplistic explanation for things. Am very interested by things like this and seems like it happens far too often a very intelligent or educated specialist goes so far down hole that commonly explained things are missed or they’ll fall too deeply into individual theory. Always seems to pay to have multiple opinions in a room and always pays double to have somebody challenge their own beliefs. Best way to prove your theory is correct is by trying to prove all the ways it might be wrong.

Matthew is such an intelligent researcher. I believe he will discover many things that nobody else has came close to finding. I believe Lake Van and the Black Sea hold many ancient secrets that haven't been discovered yet. I watched a feature from Brien Foerster last night about the elongated skull phenomenon. There are only 2 areas that have discovered elongated skulls in the world. The area around the black sea and south america. He showed the difference between head binding and the other skulls which aren't formed the way of homo sapiens. He did the dna analysis linking them. It's his belief that many of the skulls with major differences are of a different species since they only have 2 cranial separations compared to all homo sapiens having 3. I am not saying that he has the background of archeology or biology, but watch the video yourself and form your own opinion. Some of the fossilized skulls were toddler and infants with massive skulls the size of their torsos.

How do we know that all the things that we "know" about Hitler is the truth? Given the time frame it would have been very easy to distort what was actually happening and why. And how do we know that tribalism is inherently evil? It was the way of the world until now and of course they had they're problems but now it's evil all of a sudden? Isn't it possible that we are also looking at those things through the wrong lens? I prefer my people over all others and I do not hate any other race. Why can't we have tribalism without war? If someone comes into my country and starts destroying it from the inside and then refuse to leave peacefully, I'm evil for destroying them? None of this seems right. I think the biggest problem for the entire world these days is the lens that we look through, the way we think and the fact that everyone and everything seems to, on some level, be ruled by emotions even while talking about logic and objectivity.
