The other question is as well stumbles me a bit. Question 175 - 5 hrs 58 mins 50 secs. Question is saying "You are working on a Traditional project and the organization WANTS TO MOVE to Agile". Here they are not saying you are operating on agile already where I call them to the board and show all these product backlog, kanban board etc. When I am on my traditional waterfall project, this will have to undergo a change request before we officially close the process of coming out of Traditional. Shouldn't the answer ideally be "A" and how will we show practically if I am not even using Agile process and tools. Request you to clarify this one too, please.

Thanks David for this great video. I have been going through this video and touched close to 4.5 hours. Great content and great explanation on the answers. I have quick question on Question number 131 - The question says, the team have never worked on a product like this before, in this case, how can the affinity estimating be the answer to this? This question is tricky but if I take this sentence of NEVER WORKED on a product like this before definitely leads my thought to Answer B. Your response to this would be really helpful to understand this better on why A especially for the team who has not done this type of work before.

My agency sent me to a $2000 PMP prep course to fulfill the 35 PMP requirement. I came away more confused and more worried. Yesterday I took the PMP and passed with AT thanks to David’s videos!! He clearly explains the PMI mindset and I used so many of the tools and techniques I learned in his videos. After my course I took a post test and scored 58%. After finding David’s videos and using them I scored 77%. Clearly they work. Don’t waste your money on an expensive course when David gives you everything you need here!! If I did it over again I’d take David’s course.

1. no drag and drop
2. two math questions (one CPI and another PERT)
3. KNOW THE MINDSET
4. Took the exam from home
5. loads of prayers :)

HOW TO PASS PMP IN 2 WEEKS

I passed my PMP (AT/AT/AT) after about 2 weeks of watching:
Full PMBOK (1x/day)
Agile 200
Waterfall 100
PMBOK 150

Watch the agile, waterfall, and pmbok questions once to get a feel for the content. Then rewatch to see what questions you get right. Review the questions you get incorrect, until you get them correct. Good luck all, you got this!
