I said last week in the comments that Perez would make Arlington into the spoilers this season.

I've been preaching Perez is for real. The last four regular season games were tune ups for him and rest of the offense. It paid off at the most important time.

That should not have happened. Kudos to the Renegades, Coach Stoops, and QB Perez. They won when it mattered.

If anyone saw my comment last weekend (Roughnecks at Renegades) game, I said "Now watch Arlington win the next game when it really matters". Unfortunately I was right. It's hard to beat the same team 3 times in the same season. This was Houston's worst game and Arlington's best game. No one thought a 4-6 team would go to the championship.

I will cry if Arlington can win it all in San Antonio
