Whoever this Engineer is must have gotten really Dunk, and then a Twisted Bronie came up and asked the Drunk Engineer to build a mechanical monstrosity out of a Sentry and one of the MLP characters.

I hope that Drunk Engineer and that Twisted Bronie got killed by their own creation. MLP is cringe.

The song is good though. If you remove any MLP influence, then it becomes a cool song.

I have no idea why it took me this long to spot this one. But this series just keeps getting better with every part you put out.

I especially enjoy how the lyrics are formatted like a simplified version of code. If: thing happens, then: action program must take. Sweetie has to write code for these scenarios for her own survival. Hence “don’t be scared it’s only theoretical” while these actions arent being actively done, she has to write this on the fly as “multiple inbound hostiles” close in on her.
What really hits me is the “define enemy” part. As she’s writing this survival code, she stops to think about the word. These ponies were once her friends. She can’t bring herself to declare them an enemy, but the desire for survival dictates the possibility not be ruled out. The conflicting thoughts result in “failure defining enemy”
This “software corruption” is her morals & attachment to those she cares for fighting with the urge to survive. It’s heartbreaking.
