I guess that Fonda was a big racist. Well according to some women of color anybody that wears or flys the stars and stripes is a racist. I wonder what Peter ( one of the worlds biggest libs) feels about that?

Been riding since 1967 ,in 2023 July 11 2023 had my second wrecked,ran off a cliff at 70 years old, I was just in joy riding with my son the youngest son lost track went over the cliff 2months in hospital in baker field ca i don’t want to quit riding,it’s all I have fun with in Jesus Christ name I think I was good to have my son with me,died three times God brought me back one time at wreck,twice at hospital,praise Jesus thank you

Weird. I took the cover off my bike just today. Last rode it '97 when my daughter died. Brushing the dirt off, a little voice telling me 'Dad you need to get out more'.

Sitting up in the hospital right now, bunch of bikers my dad rode with out of the horsemen just showed up, room was crowded 😂they brought me some pizza a bottle of whiskey, a case of beer and someone I don’t know who left me a joint on the lunch table 😂 I’m not a member but I’ve grown up around them since I was a baby, they may be outlaw and get a bad rep but they’re family to me. No one has come up to see me today and they all showed up and yea the nurses and doctors weren’t fuckin happy with me about it but I didn’t know lol and it felt good, put a smile on my face. Love them guys. Listening to this because my dad would play this hanging out with them when I was a kid and he passed on in 09, felt like my family came back for a minute

We can't forget what an influence Peter Fonda and Jack Nicholson were along with Dennis Hopper. Maybe the best movie I ever saw.

I like how they are riding at speed,, but the tassles on his jacket dont move ~ ie they are Parked & not even moving, while the background film is moving ,, giving the impression of moving ,, all smoke and mirrors ~ and the sheep accept without thinking 🤑🤑

The Weight, by the Band, was used in Easy Rider, but is not "from" Easy Rider. The Grateful Dead version has nothing to do with Easy Rider, except that it is the same song played by someone else in the movie. Having said that, I should mention that I saw the Dead do this song at Soldier Field in Chicago in 1990. It was the encore, pretty amazing.
