The Red mask you use to highlight a patch, is not effective and we cannot see it clearly, to counter that, you can invert the mask and make rest of the area look like its in shadow (I am talking about black colour and then adjusting It's opacity) & then the area you want to highlight, you can leave it as it is, or increase the exposure or Brightness whichever makes it look better....

arey bhaisaab tum package 16 ke baad goa chale ate hi wahan NH66 ko ghiste ho, fir kahin aur chale jaate ho missing link pe. abey thoda dimaag lagao aur ek jagah ke saare section ek saath dikhao, ek series me saare esection ek saath dikhao, kya faltu ke ek section ke baad 4 mahine baad dusra random section aata hai, 16, 17, 18... sab ek series me continuous dikhao.

It's very disappointing. Such projects are completed on time in Southeast Asia, like Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand. Shame on the government and shame on the contractors. There is no way India can be a developed nation in 2047 with such delays in infrastructure development.
