One Christmas our company party had a talent contest. The lady who worked on the computer upkeep apologized that she wasn't feeling the best, but sang anyways. Acapella...My Heart Will Go On! Wasn't a dry eye in the place, and no one argued that she had won.

It is absolutely necessary to prohibit those who have not studied classical singing from singing opera arias on stage. Some may have aptitude, but this type of singing does not tolerate amateurism and it takes years of study with a competent teacher to sing it correctly, without the composers turning in their graves. If we love opera, we don't destroy the great arias on stage! Some of them make my ears bleed and someone has to tell them to leave Puccini alone and the judges refuse to let them sing...

I loved the audition with Lewis Fuller-the magic with the singing. I am not a professional but Amanda was crazy it was not cheesy it was beautiful. So was Elysia crazy and incapable of emotion with this. Very disappointed with these two.

I really liked the Garrets but personally I think they should break up and sing separately. All have strong voices but different journeys. Try yoursef as a duo then singular you can always regroup if you miss each other.😊

OMG. I love singing talent so much. I was there once, really. I sang in so many sanctimonious locations, and I mean that in a positive way. They were beautiful. But they did not have to represent everyone. But still it was special. It's our mutual history even though some try to deny it. I'm just so inspired by watching such young talented people. I hope I have one more shot at singing, somewhere,. for any event. I think not.

Ed Drewitt... I think that's right. I was at McCormicks landing in Newport Beach... decades ago. This guy came out on the stage. It was also my dance floor. Same level. He was there. Standing next to me. In an overcrowded rowdy room. And then I hear "Ladies and Gentlemen, The Police". (I had to capitalize that). And there he was, next to me. Telling me to get away from him. "Don't Stand so close to me". I was totally freaked out. And he was next to me, which is cool because he is a person. This guy, right here... he reminds me of him. But there will not be another Sting. That's must the way music is.

Michael Buble. The second. The Third. It doesn't matter. You just want to hear it. I hope he makes it in the crazy music world. And I forgot there was a lot of talent presented here. Well, if you watched this, then you know who I'm talking about. I hope. But there are so many good ones here.
