ОтветитьSo good, you are si creative. Yes, spinach is a good alternative to malunggay.
ОтветитьMasarap! One of Filipino best chicken soup or dishes.
Ответитьwow!
ОтветитьI think Zuchini and Spinach is a great substitute for Sayote and Malungay. They're both delicious in my opinion😊
ОтветитьSoap for cold the best tinolang manok😊
ОтветитьMasarap❤❤..looks a little oily but just okey since its your first try..the next time would be perfect na❤❤❤
ОтветитьThat tinola looks delicious, its ok if you don't have the original ingredients we also if we don't have the main ingredients we get alternative ones, like if theres no sayote, we used unripe papaya or Taroo/gabi , of theres no malunggay, we used any vegetable leaves like Chinese cabage or cabage, any greens, and ginger really gives taste to tinola, and if you want to taste it healthier dont put oil, instead cook the chicken with its oil just put it leave it until it cooks by its own oil, then add the ingredients, that's what my mom do all the time when she cooks tinola, and where did you buy that chicken cubes? we also have that brand here in the Philippines, but the famous one is Knorr cubes
ОтветитьPapaya or sayote, add some Chilli
ОтветитьWow it looks yummy
ОтветитьYes u can u zucchini if sayote is not available and can use malonggay if Chile leaves are not available😊
ОтветитьGinger is an anti oxidant and good for colds, hoarse voice or sore throat and it taste better on tinola. You could have added the noodles straight in the soup and will even taste better.

ОтветитьThe authentic chicken tinola is only have green papaya and chille leaves and of course with lemon grass ☺️

ОтветитьIf no malunggay leaves, chili leaves or bokchoy leaves are the best alternative.
ОтветитьSpinach is a good substitute for malunggay. I do that too when i make chicken tinola here in New York.
I love your town! It looks clean with comfortable lounging seats. Its a good place to relax.

ОтветитьNice..try to cook bistek tagalog
ОтветитьWhat the hell is wrong with the lack of vegetables you cook, there are few dishes with chicken, only four pieces, why are there rice noodles, you think your cooking is not good, you don't have any taste, you are good at Russian, you are not very Filipino, we are not very Filipino, so you cook slowly 😂
Ответитьlove it...
Ответитьwow! I like your place.. i bet it’s peaceful and layback. anyway i use spinach as replacement of malunggay if it is not available. my mom told me to sauté the chicken with onions and tomato garlic as it brings out the tasty flavor of the meat then I will add the ginger of course and if you can find lemon grass also good for Tinolang manok. the ginger and the lemon grass it gives the tinolang manok it distinctive taste and the aroma as well.😋😋
ОтветитьZucchini okay 😍
ОтветитьYou did it well, Olya, enjoy your tinola with your mom.
ОтветитьPotatoes are nice for Chicken Tinola as well...tried it in Canada before when I wasn't able to find sayote or green papaya.
ОтветитьI love chicken tinola! If you don't have chicken, you can use any fish with white meat. You can also use green cabbage or spinach or asparagus. The ginger/black pepper is what makes this soup dish very comforting. If you use green cabbage, it must be half-boiled. It's the last one you throw in, close the lid, cook for 3-5 minutes. Then stop the heat and let it cook for a few more minutes, then open the lid so the cabbage won't overcook. Finally, put it on the dinner table to be enjoyed. It's not good when eaten cold.
Ответить❤❤❤❤
ОтветитьGood job 👏 ❤❤❤
ОтветитьGood job on the tinola! Tinola is my go-to during cold days and when anyone in my family is sick. I also eat arroz caldo when I'm sick. You should try that, too. It's delicious and easy on the stomach. I love your outdoor cinema.
