Are you making outgoing affiliate 'buy now' & 'sign up for' links nofollow or dofollow?

How do you actually get paid from the links though ? Straight into the bank account or do you have to set up PayPal or what ? How does the company pay the commission money…Step by step on how to set stuff up in the background is needed for beginners otherwise it’s all just Mumbo jumbo and the beginner will still not be able to get started.
