I totally get a little plastic surgery when you are 40-50. If a little botox or small surgery helps retaining a youthful appearance for another decade why not? But you have to stop at some point because time will always win, you will get wrinkles and you will look old no matter how much surgery you get. It will only make you look like a frankenstein monster at a certain point.

This is why I feel that unless it is for reconstruction following an injury, deformity etc, there either shouldn’t be cosmetic surgery at all, or it should come with very heavy and restrictive mental health assessments.
