Сам инструктор стоит неправильно 😂поверьте моему опыту,это клоунада.бедра до колен сомкнуты должны быть при стрельбе,и только голени от колен и ниже,чуть разведены,иначе у тебя открыта внутренняя часть бедра,а туда наиболее часто попадают,и перебивают артерии

I still dont have it and when i did child/kid sparring aginst her... i rip all my muscles trying to move her as a 80+ pound AND 7+ inch hight advantaged.

Ripped all my arm mussels and leg muscles and i did nothing beside pull... then after 30 seconds of me doing NOTHING, she looked at me and she said "my turn".

I lasted maybe 15 secs, maybe more. All my limbs were shaking from how hard i was holding her belt and gripping the mat with my toes.
