Avoid all refined oils, like sunflower, vegetable, palm oils, canola, corn oil. They put bleach like chemicals to clear them and make them good looking golden oils, how dumb one can be for not realising what it will do to human body.
Use olive oil, coconut oil, ghee, peanut oil, sesame oil, mustard oil.

And you will do your body a big favour.

When I first had problems there was no way I could do some of those stretches and even now two years and three cortisone injections later I still have problems raising my hand past my chin level

You are GOD sent! Thank you. These are definitely key stretches, which are now helping me with. I had an ORIF for humerus mid shaft break. I am now in 5th month of recovery, and struggling with frozen shoulder. That bottle exercise is working like charm!! I feel my shoulder relaxed and move my arm a bit more high than before.

Hmmm...he's not even in the right age bracket! And if he had it (I am on my second shoulder as we speak) he would know it can't be solved in 2 days, and not even 2 years for some.

He has no idea what frozen shoulder is about! Zero! Frozen shoulder does not happen over night! It has three phases of freezing, frozen and thawing. Each phase may take up to 3 to 4 months. And the freezing phase starts with a tiny spot pain that gradually grows over a couple of months into an excruciating pain that affect the whole arm, elbow, hand and chest and back delta! There are special excercises for it and none of these in this clip are it! It takes over 6mo of PT and excercise to get rid of it!

How do you know you have frozen shoulder? I've had terrible pain in my right shoulder for over 3 years. Around that time I started doing HITT classes. I couldn't brush my hair, reach behind my back to get dressed, even lifting a cup of water was painful? The pain is not us bad now but sadly after 3 years I still have it.

Lots of stretching, certainly very useful, but not necessarily what cures the frozen shoulder. Simply swinging my arm for a few minutes, like 10 times a day, solved it for me within one week, after 4 months of suffering, unsuccessful injections etc. And yes, it was properly diagnosed by a rheumatologist with scan and everything.
It keeps coming back though, but at least I know how to get rid of it.
2 days? I wouldn't bet on that. It usually takes me 3-7 days, but then I have peace for 5-6 months.
The stretching may be a good way to prevent it from coming back.
But I already do lots of stretching daily, and it hasn't stopped it.

Definitely not frozen shoulder. I had an MRI. I have a collapsed disc in my neck causing nerve impingement pain down both arms. My left shoulder also has frozen shoulder. The pain is excruciating and there’s no way you can stretch forward and hold rails like in the vid. You can’t stretch upwards either. The movements are so limited. The shoulder isn’t locked but the pain is excruciating and any movement is restricted. I also think it was muscle related…whether it be spasms or pinched.

Thank you for making this video. Yeah, I have had a frozen shoulder for over a year and I've just finished 30 sessions of physical rehabilitation, where 2 therapists have used a barrage of different machines and methods to try and get it moving again, with limited success. Ironically, I live in Spain, and sadly, everything shuts down for summer. I had an appointment with my 'consultant' July 14, which she cancelled, saying I'd get a letter or phone call to make a new one... I'm still waiting. Now my sessions have finished and the clinic has closed until September, which is when I start back at work. It is so frustrating, I really need to get my life back, so I'm researching for as many exercises and techniques so I can help myself get back to full fitness.

Now my right shoulder has a chuck of calcium deposit the x-ray revealed. My doctor gave me a shot for pain twice but the pain caused bursitis. Plus I ripped my major pec & had it repaired. I will try your shoulder exercises. I just started Yoga with unbelievable pain relief for the whole body.

Been in awful horrible pain, throwing up. Burn marks from the ice, seeing a therapist (1 visit so far). Taking ibuprofen, Tylenol, aspirin etc. blah blah. But finally, just thought look up other ways on you tube to relieve the pain while at work.

The relief from the palm up seemed to help the best. I mean I am not getting shooting pains down hand, can open eyes with no pain behind them. So so so happy. Thank you.

Can a frozen shoulder heal 100% if I do all sort of therapy movements diligently? I would like to do handstand and playing badminton and tennis again. Based on your experience can the shoulder go back to as it was? It has been 9 months and no improvement.

As a person diagnosed with frozen shoulder, this is bullshit. If I had this freedom of motion I won't go to the doctor in the first place. When it's frozen shoulder, you can't move hand up at all, and every degree above 'no' zone double the pain, up to the endorphin jerk due to extreme pain.

There’s no way I can do any of these exercises right now. Just came back fro. my doctors office and I have frozen shoulder for the 2nd time!😩 I used a garden tool to cut branches and I forced it so hard I damaged something in my arm. Then two days later my shoulder was locking. And now it’s frozen. I’m doing the pendulum exercise for now. Also trying to crawl my arm up the wall but I don’t get too high. Some say most diabetics or people with thyroid issues get this. Is this true for anyone?

Matt, I really love your videos! I am a big fan, but this is a terribly misleading and disappointing video from you. I really think you know better. No one can heal a REAL frozen shoulder (Adhesive Capsulitis) in 2 days!! For those people who are actually suffering from the long, agonizing, autoimmune inflammation of frozen shoulder, please don't assume this is going to cure you! You need to go to physical therapy, and even check in with your orthopedic surgeon to look into a cortisone shot or other treatment. REAL frozen shoulder is a serious condition, that cannot be cured by these exercises. Matt, can you make another video after researching Adhesive Capsulitis to help the millions of people out there that are suffering through the three stages of Adhesive Capsulitis?

If you have adhesive capsulitis it will be impossible to do such excercises like the lat stretch... more if it is acompanied by SLAP tear involving the biceps tendon and supraspinatus tendon total tear.
