not one single heel toe, because its completely unnecessary.
ОтветитьFake, it's been proven they turned up the boost, used a different gearing setup, reduced the weight, used specialized tires and a much more aggressive alignment setup compared to stock from the dealership.
ОтветитьCoilovers, wider tires & thicker swaybars & links would help.
ОтветитьI can’t believe he was standing the whole time!! Standing on either the brakes or the gas that is!!! At and somewhat beyond the envelope at all times!! Fantastic!
ОтветитьWhat kind of manual shift is that where you don't need to heel & toe?
ОтветитьSurprised at the lack of heel and toe downshifts did it all on the clutch 😮
ОтветитьLove how Honda doesn’t put any unnecessary fanfare on this video. Just amazing engineering and driving. Honda for life.
ОтветитьThey are running slightly shorter gears I can pinpoint out that to start lap he’s in 3rd gear doing 80 and pulls up to 137 in 4th before turn one only downshifting to 3 the 6th gear 4 times that is normal with stock gearing from what I can see the first hill he’s in 6th he only downshifts to 3rd for the hard s and should be in 2nd and then there’s also the down hill he’s in 5th and hits the corner in 3rd gear before the long left that’s all out with the winding road ahead and hill climb the higher gears seem to be less and less short as he goes up due to boost by gear but to be fair all manufacturers do this for lap records so it’s not cheating it’s maxing what you can on the car without adding performance parts… that’s all stock still in my opinion but everyone has there views if the car was checked it’s fair but people always going to hate on the fastest or have things to say till the next car up…
ОтветитьI didnt get suprised when i heard a brand like honda cheated.
ОтветитьCheating , short gear ratio 😡
ОтветитьA little bit scrappy tbh
ОтветитьI wish we had a tach.... otherwise great video......
ОтветитьFake!
Ответитьamazing its only 15 seconds off a model s plaid with 1/4 the horsepower. Goes to show you how important light weight is (ignoring the driver, ofc)
ОтветитьMoving
ОтветитьHonda, well done for setting the record lap on that iconic track, but not doing you justice that you never mention the pilot who drove the car in that thrilling manner.
Ответитьhonda------the power of cheating
ОтветитьGreat time! The suspension needs some adjustment though. The car tends to bounce / hop around in the back.
Ответитьthe worst nurburgring run i've ever seen..
Ответить와 이. 드라이버 목숨 내놓고 운전하네. 아찔한 순간이 한두번이 아니야
Ответитьand you cheated the gears ratio are no the same has the stock car
ОтветитьGood drive, good tires.
Ответить130C oiltemp and see videos with 150C why is it so much ?
ОтветитьDunno if the ring is just that bumpy or if the car could use more damping.
ОтветитьHe sure isn't afraid of those curbs.
ОтветитьWay to hard sus on the back end
ОтветитьFF最速ですね
コーナーリングが速いです
これはノーマル仕様でしょうか?

ОтветитьI don't understand the animosity of some in the comment section. And here's why: For reference, the record set before this one was by the "Renault Megane RS Trophy R" and no one cared when that one “wasn’t stock” and released in limited numbers (about 500) for homologation purposes. Basically to say: "We released this version to the public, so the record stands". Meanwhile, Honda comes out with this Civic Type R “S” (also releases it in limited quantities to the public) and everyone calls it cheating… As far as I’m concerned, Renault started with the “not stock” record. And making this version the stock Type R (as in: the one sold as the ONLY Civic Type R available) would be too bare bones for most buyers to bare with no comfort for the normal road. As it is a race car version with many items/functions of comfort stripped and a different gearing that is not suitable for street driving. So this car broke the record. Renault beat the FK8 Civic Type R's record with their "not stock" car and then were beat by Honda again with this FL5.
ОтветитьThis me commuting to work in my 04 accord 😂(sike)😅
ОтветитьProps to his passenger for operating the pedals 👍
ОтветитьThe driver is insane 🔥
ОтветитьCongrat to Honda from Renault sport owner !!

ОтветитьToo risky. One day someone of this pilots will perish. They should use other safer tracks for comparison of new cars.
ОтветитьThe attack is exceptional! The driver does sit on the clutch too much for my liking
ОтветитьTop car and an amazing driver, respect.
