Thank you for the video. May i ask why you used FFO when analyzing MPW and not AFFO? Using this last metric the company doesn't seem so attractive on fast graphs anymore does it? Which of the two should we use for REITS?

Also, could you say something about why operating cash flow might be the more important metric dor some companies while others free cash flow some or adjusted earnings companies? I know each company ia unique, but is there a rule of thumb to help? Thank you so much

Hello Mr. Chuck! How do you evaluate dividend sustainability? I guess when you buy in hot markets like now, you wanna make sure nothing happens to your income when s*it hits the fan.

Thank YOU! BTW, Im about to roll over an IRA--next June or so. Looked at financial advisors, but dont like a min $1500/yr service fee and am considering your subscription. Im watching your videos in order to learn how to use these tools...it looks a little difficult. I have 2 portfolios i manage, and have done okay, but currently dont have a lot of time. I will by next year.

FYI: A lot of people don't understand fastly. Fastly is simply a CDN (Content Delivery Network). Like Akami & Cloudflare (the one i prefer). There simply isn't anything special about fastly. Could the stock go higher? Of course speculators can do anything to it but i wouldn't bank on it.

Interesting opportunities. I just watched an overview of the Builders / Construction sector by Tobias Carlisle, who wrote a few interesting books on valuation, and his favorite pick is PHM, which you reviewed and have an interesting opinion to it. I'll keep eyeballing those stocks as my interest peaked. Waiting for the new version of FAST Graphs. I'm sure it'll be amazing!
