That feeling when you're done for the night...
ОтветитьThis is so well made, just like a professional BTS, just like they shoot the TI in Dota? The true insight series, cheers man.
ОтветитьBDSM chicken?????????????
ОтветитьPrep starting at 9, working til 11, same crew, excluding commuting, that's 14hrs... Yea, that's fucking wild. I'd rather starve than working like that
ОтветитьMan the youfan looks sexy as F! All the food here looks great, I love taiwanese food. Would definitely come here for a meal if I pop by NYC.
Ответить❤
ОтветитьI just realized from the first time Eric was featured was on Eater new Guard. He took 12+ minutes to debone the chicken. Now they are doing it under 5.30 minutes 🤩
ОтветитьIs this eddie(the owner) now? Hahaha I love watching fresh off the boat way back then🤣
Ответитьnix the vignette pls
ОтветитьThis video has made completely made my day. It's like a little short-movie. Amazing editing and the food looks incredible!
ОтветитьOnly 3 episodes and this is one of my favorite channels!! Thank you for showing the loving and accepting side of a kitchen! I've worked in crap restaurants being treated like less than dirt. Anr hate seeing shows that just push that narrative.
ОтветитьWhat a great episode. The head chef has good chemistry with the team seems down to Earth. Overall great production too, the B-roll (you can't really shoot while people are eating obviously) and music was on point too. Congrats
ОтветитьHow beautiful cooking is just amazing. Good job!
Ответитьis nobody gonna talk about the ass juice? had me in stitches
ОтветитьAll the food looks really appetizing. It really shows that the chefs care about it. Wish him the best!
ОтветитьGreat videos keep em rollin!
Ответитьplease make more films these are really good.
ОтветитьTaiwanese food cooked by a Mexican.... Sounds right.
ОтветитьI love the way you use music in your videos, it fits perfectly. In this video in particular, the beautiful and serene to slowed down chaotic scenes makes the talent and control of the chefs stand out that much more. I can't wait for you to make more of these :)
Ответитьso much passion and care in all sides of this video, always leave your channel happy ❤❤❤
ОтветитьAnother great video from you.
Wow. Such a pleasure to watch.
Thanks for the wonderful content.
Damn, Eric's words to his staff before they opened really touched me. What a leader with compassion that really gives a shit about his people.
ОтветитьI hope the quality of content never changes and imma need you to make more content asap 🙏🏼
ОтветитьThis was beautiful
ОтветитьAnother Alvin Food Production Home run....Keep Going Bro! ✌🏾👑🌏💰🔥🙋🏾
ОтветитьEvery dish looks amazing... but that fried rice really made me want to shed some tears. So beautiful!
Ответитьthe bdsm chicken
ОтветитьJuan better be getting paid good!!! 😤
ОтветитьGreat video! I feel like there was a missed opportunity to insert tango music with the wok cooking Vs the classical music that plays to make it hit that much better. But still a good segment!
ОтветитьAnother Masterpiece. Well done. You have a very bright future ahead.
Ответитьass juice yo aahahahahaha
Ответитьtaiwan mno.1
ОтветитьYes finally Juan made it🎉
ОтветитьYou sir, are a phenomenal story teller!!! Please don't stop making these
ОтветитьAlvin, I love tge stuff you put out. It truly is inspiring, thank you.
ОтветитьI love that at the end of the day the huge jar of chese balls is nearly empty lol
ОтветитьI find Eric to be a bit immature for running a restaurant with buying cheese balls and running away at a rush hour and offering free liquor for waiting for food.
ОтветитьThese documentaries are so beautiful omg im going to cry thats how pretty they are ❤
Ответить都没问题,就是不学物理
ОтветитьWhat a down to earth guy and a great crew. Great cinematography, music, and editing. Thanks for the vid!
ОтветитьLatinos and mexican are one of the Top hardest workers doing the hardest jobs out there.. No doubt.. Give Juan a good incentive appreciation. He takes care of you. You should take care of him. Business is business, but you can't find good hard working people like that. I take good people or hit up good people like that for good jobs that pays better anywhere I go.
ОтветитьA real joy to watch
Ответитьbeautiful
ОтветитьI feel like every restaurant has a Juan in the kitchen. Just a quiet and unassuming dude doing his job with no frills or complaints, but is literally the backbone of the entire business
ОтветитьI actually transitioned from being a Chef, to being in the Army back to being a Chef, and it's a pretty easy and seamless transition. They are both, hot, fast [aced, chaotic, full of screaming, yelling, and all about the person on your left and right.
ОтветитьThe production value of this video isn't to be overrated. Its incredible!
