I’m finally presenting my Banana cake recipe after spending months fine tuning the recipe. I know there are many people waiting for this recipe to be released! Thanks for your patience.

While the perfect Banana cake still exists only in my head, I am happy enough with this recipe which yields a fluffy and moist cake that’s bursting with banana flavour. I share everything I have learnt over the last few months in this post https://bit.ly/ieatBananaCakeRecipe so do check it out.

For this recipe, I used the KitchenAid 9-Speed Hand Mixer and Digital Countertop Oven to mix and bake the cake. The 9-speed hand mixer is very versatile and has a wide speed range that is able to whip up your egg whites in seconds!
