Hey thank you for sharing your story with us. I love hearing you speak it is really soothing. I don’t know if you remember the list of topics you made in a notebook. But if you do then maybe you can number that list and write other numbers on little sheets of paper and shuffle it around so what ever number you pick you can use for your next video. I hope this makes since I’m sorry if it doesn’t. 😅

Maybe u can make a video about how your parents took the fact that you have mental health problems 💕

Are hospitals underfunded or crowded, and is that why they refused to admit you? What sorts of treatments or interventions have actually helped you, versus just made things worse? If you could change three things about VGH or other psychiatric hospitals, what would they be?

But i was pretty dangerous during my psychosis while i lived downtown. I remember following people and coming back to reality.
I followed this one couple for idk how long just talking all weird and laughing. When i had some clarity i ran home and locked myself in my room
