more than 20 years in PP plant , never seen water mixed with polymer , unless we need to hydrolyze the TEAL in reactor.

is water allowed to mix with hydrocarbon ? what about the O2 in explosive atmosphere ? please correct those mistakes in the video.

Why are you using water in the extrusion? Is that making the powder+additive mixture become hard earlier before extruded on die plate?
