Good morning , doc jun. Had ruptured aneurysm last June 19,2023. Now I have frozen shoulder. My PT stretches my arm hanggang sobrang sakit. Umiiyak ako. Old school ba Yun? Kasi most of the videos I watch say dapat Ang stretching UpTo tolerable pain lang, not hang extreme pain.
