The problem is that Russia is supported by china and they make all hardware like Graphics cards motherboard and etc. So they will just use what china develops as their own business.

Social media has always been addictive and resticing people to use social media for 3 hours a day is the way to go. This will get people to socialize and still be on social media. Although the problem would be people can use more than one social media site.
