bro, why would you not put a disclaimer about not sacrificing Gale? and how it destroys your entire playthrough if you do. I'm lucky I looked into it and reloaded a save but idk seems almost intentional w how you left that out and had him in the video.

Fun fact: after many saves of experimenting, I just killed Ethel in the house before she could get to her lair. It took turn based mode,Gale casting sleep on human Ethel, followed be sneaking Astarion duel wielding daggers (one with a 1+ damage enchantment I bought) and having 2 main actions plus bonus action so 2 melee plus second hand attack, those daggers being covered in drow poison which can make the target fall asleep (again) then the battle had officially started, with Karlach using the flaming sword you get from killing the Cambion captain on the Naultaliod, then my Druid with an enchanted bow that does more damage on evil creatures. She cast vicious mockery once I think on Gale then rinse repeat and it got her down to zero. Then I strolled through her lair easy peasy

Also if you looking for easy way to break your oath as a paladin you can kill scratch but truly it not worth it I had to reload I could do that to him

Wow I basically ignored all the goblin buffs cuz I didn’t know and attacked the grove… I reloaded after getting branded cuz I didn’t see the bonus, only shadowheart disapproves

These buffs aren't permanent I've had most of these and they're gone now don't know what i did for the buffs to disappear I don't have them anymore

You can walk through the door if you listen the story and make a perception or incite check and you don't have to were the mask

With Shovel, even if you give the scroll to Gale, you can still talk to the summon with a magic-user character to learn it as well. Shovel will get excited to talk to a magic caster and will teach you how to summon him. You can summon two Shovel’s at once using Gale’s and the other one.
