Touring 3 New Florida Homes For Sale Under $325,000! NO HOA! | Are They Worth It!?

i own rentals in ocala, marion oaks is a shitty area....i would never buy a home there

Lot sof these locations are bad, in middle of nowhere, or just away from everything,

All the houses are great but the developers believe in side walks anymore just for sakes of kids that has play moving vehicles or skating maybe just take walks.😮

I am looking in the market here in Jacksonville and the whole white and black thing is soulless, and way over done. Plain jane with very basic hardware and fixtures throughout the homes. The flooring all looks identical so they must be buying in bulk at rock bottom prices. New and flipped homes all look the same here in the $250-$400k range. They're nice and clean, but usually not in the nicest of neighborhoods is what I am finding. If a home seems like a super great price, it is such for a reason. Builders are only in it for one thing. Maximum profit.

Kaleb, I like all the houses presented today. Prices seem to be trending in the right direction. I think a few people said the flooring was not very attractive and I agree I believe builders need to stop using that gray laminate flooring and go with something a little more natural looking. The bathrooms were really nice especially the soaking tubs. good value for people interested in living in Ocala.

Hey Kaleb. My husband would love the space between the homes. 1st home like the front elevation. Oh. Don’t like seeing kitchens on entry but this is a sleek open concept with nice floors. Kitchen looks small but nice. Appreciate his/hers primary closet. Big fenced backyard to add a pool. Definitely has potential if can deal with 3beds to 1 bathroom. 2nd home cozy front elevation. Similar layout. 3rd home calling me re:4/3. Let’s see inside. Similar layout but 2 beds with Jack n Jill. Bed 3 and hall bath. Would pick this one for the 3rd bath. Great tours. These houses look like they were built by the same builder. Not my style I think it’s an award layout. The flooring is ugly like they got it on clearance and bought it up. Maybe if the builder would do some staging they might be able to sell them with this layout 🤷‍♀️

SO KALEB, I LIKE THE FIRST HOUSE, BUT FOUND SONETHINGS WRONG WITH IT, THE LAUNDRY LOOKS SMALL, MAYBE I'M WRONG ABOUT THAT. THE PRIMARY SHOWER NEEDED TO HAVE A DOOR, THE SOAKERTUB IS BEAUTIFUL. BUT FOR THE PRICE, IT'S NICE.😅 THE SECOND HOUSE IS JUST LIKE THE FIRST HOUSE. THEY SHOULD HAVE REMOVED THOSE TREES FROM EACH SIDE AND IN THE BACK, LOOKS LIKE A FOREST, STILL NICE. THIRD HOUSE IS NICE, BUT ALL OF THESE HOMES SHOULD HAVE PUT EPOXY ON THE GARAGE FLOORING, GREAT VIDEO, HEY KALEB, YOU'RE ROCKING WITH THE COWBOY HAT, HAPPY HOLIDAYS!

I like that all the houses have both a tub and shower. Looks to me like the third house has the best orientation with some shade in the backyard at the time you were filming.

That first house's kitchen is very small! The second house is just the same as the other except reverse.
