ОтветитьCan I fly Jim out to Missouri to do an inspection for me lol. He is so trustworthy and professional!
Ответитьthank you very easy to follow :)
ОтветитьI watched this video a second time and learned more in the second time since the music wasn't as loud. This is a great video, thank you InterNACHI for making this available to us and thankyou inspector Krumm
ОтветитьHe wears his hair like he does his inspections . Slick
ОтветитьI don't know why I was so interested in this video but this guy was really good at capturing my attention. Jim showed me that in the future when I buy a house I want in inspector with passion for what they do and who cares about the little details. What a great, smart and professional guy! (Also that cracked foundation made me nervous and reminded me of why Inspectors are so important)
ОтветитьAwesome thanks for letting us follow along.
ОтветитьAwesome educational video! Thanks!
ОтветитьThanks much for taking time to upload this repaired video
ОтветитьTHANKS for fixing the silly music!!! Unfortunately ...I saw the link AFTER I watched the whole video. Why dont you take the music one down? so people ONLY see this one.
ОтветитьHi! Great video. OSHA says 36” (3 rungs) of the ladder should extend above the landing platform, and the angle should be 4:1 ratio. For every four feet up, 1 foot out.
ОтветитьHey it looked like that main panel needed a main disconnect. I’m just an apprentice tho
ОтветитьThis is great content. Thanks!
ОтветитьSo professional, great video Jim.
ОтветитьWord of advice: Use a better bungee cord than the cheap one you used in your video. Take word on this. If you have a bungee cord that has cheaply made metal hook or cheap elastic, well think about how much you value your life. Good day.
ОтветитьThis guy is good lol
ОтветитьWhen did Harvey (The Wolf) Keitel get into home inspection??
ОтветитьThanks for great video very easy to learn from u but can i ask to contact u when i have any Q because i am new home inspector by mail or any contact thanks
ОтветитьAwesome. Now I can partially inspect things myself when I'm walking through a home.
The number one thing I got at least from watching this video, is that MOISTURE IS THE ENEMY!
good job man!
Ответитьreally wish you could show us the attic :( but thanks for the video
ОтветитьJim is such an encyclopedia.
ОтветитьThis mister it's good no doubt
ОтветитьThis guy knows his stuff! I may be getting old but this was enjoyable to watch, he has a good presence for the camera.
ОтветитьI learned ao much from this video. Im thinking about becoming a Home Inspector.
ОтветитьThese so called home inspectors will never go into an attic access panel. They only do the easy stuff. It's amazing how much they miss in the electrical department.
ОтветитьExcellent. The best video I've seen. It helped alot, thank you.
ОтветитьRadon is a fallacy..
ОтветитьWhat is the process to becoming a home inspector through internachi ?
ОтветитьJim. Hello, regarding the roof ladder, I have had people In the company, have zero clue about the basic 3 ft over the roof level, you CANdidmount & remount the ladder SAFELY, 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
ОтветитьHey just a quick question I saw you use a flashlight. What is your everyday carry flashlight and what was your carry flashlight at the time of this video? (5 years after upload)
ОтветитьI feel sorry for the plumber that needs to come and work on that water heater.
ОтветитьVery respectful inspector !! Loved the video
ОтветитьThere's good inspectors and then there's Jim Krumm.
ОтветитьVery nice walk through!
ОтветитьThank you Jim, this is the best professional video on home inspections that I've ever seen.
ОтветитьGlad I'm not a home inspector, it's a lot of work. Good info.
ОтветитьThanks for the video =)
ОтветитьCurrently doin my inspector lisence with internachi loke how this guy operates
ОтветитьDo you guys by chance know what kind of tablet and what software Jim uses?
ОтветитьInteresting to see breaker panels are outside the door in colorado.
ОтветитьOut of all the videos I've seen, you're the best. I'd love to meet you but. I'm in Northwest Indiana.
ОтветитьColorado Springs native here. Thank you for sharing
ОтветитьCan i come do a ride along with you JIM?
ОтветитьThis man is the goal as a home inspector. Dang.
Ответитьwhat is the compliance for walking on a roof without a harness in your area? OH&S is a pain in my area.
