ОтветитьI know this one is only 20 mins but his is one of the hardest ones. Fast paced and only a total of 2 mins rest -- great mix of exercises too.

ОтветитьI’m away from my normal gym/workout routines this week. This is perfect for the hotel. It doesn’t take any room beyond your mat and I don’t disturb the room below me when I’m soft on my feet. I haven’t worn shoes for any of these workouts yet. 💪❤
ОтветитьYesterday I started my journy to be fit, my friend helped me made a week training list. Which coprises videos from your channel, Sunday is legday (I almost died). today is this fullbody (and today I wasn't able to done it whole). I started at 82,4 kg my goal is about +/- 70kg (I am a high dworf 166 cm 😄) so, thanks a lot for that content. Its really hard for me, but I'm trying my best and I houpe that one day, I'll be able to coplete this whole workout like you 😀.
