@3rdstreetreactions I think the witches are a cult of followers that worship Abeloth cuse of the same black eyes on torbin and mae like abeloth eyes and same smiley grin on the mask like abeloth smile since it’s been confirmed that she will be in Ashoka season 2 and Rey movie but they canceled the movie I think and smilo ren has cracked lines on his helmet like Kylo ren helmet without the glowing part maybe his helmet is broken and the same person or same material that fixed kylo rem mask fixed it that’s why it came apart separately and I think the stranger is the first main knight of ren like the origins and ancestor of the knights of ren that’s why he’s so crazy godlike stronger and he’s ether one of the children of the witches that the mother of his hid from other witches cuse only female witches are allowed and when the witch said that the Jedi want to take our children instead of saying the mother witches children it could be more then two children even when the women looking at each other when osha said that they are the only children there and the women braiding their hair looked at each other thinking that there are other children too or he was trained and taught by other witches even showed the witches symbol on his back of his black tank top shirt idk if it’s for the cloak to put on and maybe he’s from brendock like the twins as a mercent or something and he could be a former Jedi or sol twin brother that the Jedi hid from him cuse there was darkness in the stranger and not sol so maybe they mind whip sol maybe that’s why he doesn’t seem him before even tho he sense something familiar unless he was there when the witches were attacked

I think this is my favorite episode so far. Just so much of it is awesome. The acting, the fighting, the armor, the twists. Everything the sith did was so cool that anything I didn’t like as much in previous episodes is wiped away in my mind. I don’t care anymore, it was worth it to reach this point.

Quimir said that a Jedi would call him Sith, not that he is one. I believe that he was trained, by a surviving witch.

I get everyone saying the prequel fights are better, theres no sound choreography criticism you can make to The Acolyte really. Especially compared to the Prequels, they are just more realistic and feel more intense and deadly.
The Prequels arent better on a choreography level, its that the choreography is still good while having good context and story behind the fights.
They arent better choreographed I don’t believe.

But there is a different explanation for that which i am all for. I guess i would say better in the respect that its more realistic and natural feel while still having the Jedi flair and deadlines to it, it combined Prequels speed with a more grounded combat.
So its truly a matter of preference, but to say that this episode isnt on par with Prequel fights is just purposely trying to hate. You can prefer the Prequels fight to these but they are definitely on par, just different era different style of combat, just as fast, intense and deadly.
And practically zero standing fighters waiting. They were all moving doing something, it was very very veryy good. Even the Prequels was victim to that many times

Amazing fights. I am shocked (in a good way) about some choices they made in that episodes concerning some of the characters.

Great reaction guys, even better post talk, in terms of “breaking the canon” the only thing that bothers me is that Mundi knows that all these Jedi left to look for this guy that they know is a dark sider, and now everyone’s dead so has to be wondering what this guy is, he’s clearly powerful, being able to kill all these Jedi and two dark warriors showing up in the span of a hundred years would raise even more questions. Even though he’s shitty I don’t want him to be involved in a cover up, which they eluded to in Episode 4. I wanna keep his line in TPM hubris and ignorance.

Also Qimir is definitely not the sith master he’s either the apprentice or a pretender. Tenebrous had like 9 force sensitives he was keeping an eye on, and once Plagueis killed him and went through his files on his ship there were only three alive and he went and hunted them down. I think Qimir could be one of those already dead ones but not sure how the timeline works out there or if they care about any of that. He also could be Tenebrous’ failed apprentice before he gets Plagueis.

All that said I absolutely loved the fighting, finally getting some amazing lightsaber choreography which I know is important to you guys, it definitely is for me too. (Sry for the essay I just realised how much I fuckin wrote lol)

Did anyone notice Kylo's theme at the last scene with Qimir? I think he is a knight of Ren.

I have to write this , if any critics don’t think that this episode was a great episode , I question their motives . This was the best nite Jedi battles vs an amazing Sith Lord Live action that I have ever seen . I personally think too many of these critics are putting their political views ahead of an unbiased view . No matter how one may feel about Disney , let’s give credit where credit is due , fantastic episode !

That was the best (intro) in The Acolyte series. I liked the 2 Jedi "Sith Kabob "🍡 fight choreography. This was also by far the best episode. As I think back💭 to episode 3. The Witches were all dead b4 the fire consumed & ravaged their covenant. The planet 🌎 The Witches domiciled on wasn't under the jurisdiction of the Republic. So what were The Jedi doing there? I think The Jedi & The Witches were gettin down foul & funky b4 Mae set that...🔥📛 Why was Torbin willing to take that poision? I like the mystery that shrouds this series....

Kylo Ren's theme music started playing during the Qimir fight scenes so I'm thinking they are hinting that maybe he has some connection with the Knights of Ren?

Knights of the Old Republic game had sithlords fight up to four Jedi I think this was a very good episode because it eludes more into the culture of sith and the gray area of the force because again we know that there's a big bad coming up in the next hundred years but we don't know what happened between those 100 years

I love the frantic fighting, feels more realistic compared to super clean choreography.

I’m so sad Dafne character Died she was so good I have loved her sense His Dark Materials . She was so good ahhhh

There was some cool momentd ,like the Jedi Kebab or Qimir looking menancing. But waving a saber in the dark makes a good light show but not a good fight scene. Also Mae Ep 4 "l need to turn myself to the Jedi" to ep 5 "lets attack the Jedi "... I won't even go on in the cringe hair cut. Also they didn't even bother to introduce that metal so if you don't have encyclopedic knowledge of the deep lore your kind of lost when that happen,but Disney SW lightsaber aren't dangerous anymore so who Care. They could have a scene in ep 1or2 where Mae act rebellious toward Qimir as a sith and force take his saber and attack and he disable the laser like that. Also Qimir IS so powerfull taking that many Jedi alone,if I'm not mistaken only Sidious did that.This is as long as I can watch it because the show is bad but I'll come leave a thumb up until the end because your channel is cool .

It really isn't. It's pretty decent/good I'll admit that but nowhere near as good as the Obiwan and Qui gon vs Maul fight

I am once again here to say that Ki-Adi Mundi's line in the PT doesn't mean that Sith have never existed that long. It's meant to show the dogmatic arrogance and complacency of the Jedi. The word 'Sith' simply being said doesn't discredit, change, or alter anything.
