ОтветитьThere is not any Turkish or Persian kitchen influence on it, because the Turkish one is very oily and plus they took a lot of traditions to cook from the Georgians as tolma,
mtsvadi, tatli and burme ( as they call baklava). Name ant Persian or Turkish fishes similar by the taste to any Georgian ones...
