Royalton Chic Is THE Luxury Party Hotel in Punta Cana

James, thanks for all your videos! They are so helpful! Would you recommend this resort for someone that doesn't drink/party? Did they have vegan options?

I have a vegan client that wants to book a luxury resort on a budget (preferably adults only). The adults only resorts within her budget are Bahia Luxury Bouganville, Bahia Principe Luxury Ambar, Punta Cana Princess, El Beso at Ocean El Faro, RIU Palace Macao, Be Live Collection Punta Cana, Catalonia Royal Bavaro, and Royalton Chic. Any advice on the best one for a vegan that wants a "very very clean" and "luxurious" resort?

Any help would be appreciated!

That place set my standards and this royalton resort looks like it could top it. What’s your opinion?

Agree with this review 💯 percent. Diamond club really wasn't worth it, it's a pretty small property. Got bored after the 4th day in a 7day stay. Had the suite with the jacuzzi and room stayed damp.

Which did you prefer... Royalton Chic Punta Cana or Cancun? Looking for a good early April trip traveling solo

Royalyon chic or excellence?

My son is currently at the resort and he says the pool area is like a morgue. He has been there for just over 4 days .. hopefully things " turn up " at the "party " resort. 🤷‍♂️
Edit: Foam pool party finally happened and he loved it. He said the breakfast buffet was great but lunch and dinner buffet was not good at all.
Vespa was his fav and went 3 times. Indian was closed when he wanted to go but when open it was ok. Hunters was good but not great.
Overall he had a good time but certainly not a " party " resort .. in his 22 year old opinion.

1 thing i don't get maybe some 1 can educate me why am i to travel across the world to be locked into a hotel.
have to pay for a friend to enter!
now when i travel i travel to see the sites not be stuck in a hotel because i have already paid for all my meals and drinks

I love your review. Me and 3 of my female cousins are going in December for my Birthday. Based on what we desire from a vacation, i.e. mostly relaxation with a little bit of excitement, your review seems like we will be just fine. We did opt for the Diamond Club - just because we don't want to be limited during our stay. We didn't mind the extra cost. Also, we have the swim out rooms. I am super excited to try the Indian restaurant because I love Indian food. So, hopefully everything will be open and operational when we go. I have shared your review with many of my friends. Hoping for a great time!

What age for this hotel

Hey James, thanks so much for the great video reviews! I have been watching so many of your videos trying to pick a resort for my wedding in early May. I was considering Royalton Chic Cancun, but I am feeling worried about its small size. Since we are traveling with a large group of adults, I am worried people might get bored at such a small resort for 7 days. Do you think this resort would get boring quick for a group with a variety of interests? Thanks in advance!! :)

Man, I love your videos. They provide exactly what I'm looking for when deciding where to go. Is there a place you would recommend for a solo traveler looking to have a good time? I'm torn between Cancun and Punta Cana.

Loved this place. Small and amazing. Food was to be as to be expected. The Prime Rib was actually good ate that twice. Get diamond club totally worth it for the beach side food options. And you need diamond club just to get reservations for dinner.

Any tips on staying in shape on vacation?

I would skip this hotel. Just spent last week there - rooms are in desperate need of updating - beds were hard as a rock (we had 2 rooms) - seats at the pool were not much more comfortable - nor were the lounges at the beach. We did not do the diamond club. Food was ok - buffet was not great - room was so hot it was melting the cold food...will not be back

Brother I took your advise and went to this resort, unfortunately we do not agree on your opinions of this resort. Very big lets down as I really liked your review and it was the selling factor over going to the HR. Need to get you into a few boutique resorts and some NYC restaurants and see if your opinion stays the same. Thank you for your effort.

Between a amall room and I'm ackluster beach, im crossing this hotel off my list

Just got back from Royalton Chic PC yesterday. Food and service were bad and drinks weak. High pressure time share solicitation, would not accept we did not want to spend 3 hours listening to presentation we weren’t interested in. I could go on and on. I Suggest you go somewhere else. I watched this video before booking, oh boy, this was misleading.

I'm going 1-8 dec, can't wait to partyy!!!
