just remember while these clowns are distracting the main character the real Team Rocket is taking over everything and already owns Kanto including al but 2 gym leaders the 2 that are with the main character btw and 2/3rds of Johto as well as many strongholds in other regions and a research station on the sevi islands they are a actual threat to the Pokémon world unlike the other groups with the exceptions of Magma and Aqua they would of caused would wide devastation if not stopped
