How do you open the damn map?

I wish there were DLCs for both 1 and 2 to give us more room on the map and more missions and stuff. I've just starred playing RDR1 for the first time. I haven't play RDR2 yet. I'm really enjoying the story line so far. But I love that you get to do whatever mission you want to come first, along with any side missions. Though I've been looking for Easter eggs and secrets in RDR1, I've only found one so far and that's the headstones with the funny phrases.

I’m pretty sure gta5 was such a massive let doubt entirely for the sake of making rdr2 such a fantastic game, really hope since they got it out of the way, gta6 will be as groundbreaking as rdr2 was

I absolutely love the story of this game, but looking back at it now, I really wish that they'd remake it. There's a lot of weird, seemingly pointless dialogue (not in a "this doesn't need to be here" way, just that it could've been worded a lot better) and some scenes look a bit off, same with the missions.
I am obsessed with both games tbh

this game would be very suitable for an old western like 1870s or 1880s something like this but this even reminds more wild west than rdr2 adjust the story a little with things that were already at that time and so on and it's perfect..... great video anyway

IMO I love RDR1 and 2 more than GTA, because GTA is just Sex, Drugs and nonstop cussing and using the N-word. There are some good moments in GTA that had heart and made me feel something, but most of the time of the time just sex, drugs and cussing. Red Dead Redemption 1 and 2 had heart all the through. It told a very deep story, filled with Life Lessons and Morals without being saturated in Sexual content and the f-word and n-word every 5 seconds. That and the RDR story left me wanting more. It just feels like it was made for an older audience, while GTA feels like it was made for a younger audience. Not hating on GTA. Just IMO RDR hits different and on a deeper level.

I played rdr when i was like 8 and got stuck within like the first hour and quit playing, now i dont have the ps3 anymore so i can't play until the port comes out later this month (for 50 dollars, on the switch.. ugh)
still I can't wait to try playing again after all these years
