Irregardless of the Grandparents' not approving, they didn't have to tell them and dealt with it with their own discretion. They chose to tell them knowing their answer and chose to keep OP when they didn't want another and made no attempt to prevent another happening after Emily.

I KNEW IT! I KNEW this was going to happen. When OP'S sperm and egg donors came to her for help, I knew damn well they were using her and that's all they ever intended to do! I was thinking "OP NO NO NO NO NO! THEY'RE JUST USING YOU! Once they have the house, they'll go back to treating you like 💩 the way they have for your entire life!" I'm glad that OP kept the deed and purchasing papers in her name; that was smart given what happened at the housewarming party.
Her sperm and egg donors couldn't act like decent human beings for once for even five minutes!And Emily isn't an innocent party in all of this, either; she's just as complicit as her parents. She could have told OP about the party that her mother was lying to her and stringing her along about but she didn't and had no intention to do so, either. The only innocent party in this mess are the twins and OP.
I'm appalled at the way OP'S egg and sperm donors tried to twist the narrative and attempted to paint OP in the worst possible light and then showed their true colours until OP brought them up short. They are despicable, awful people and they, along with Emily, ALL deserved what they got in spades!
And boo-freaking-hoo that they're all living in a 2 bedroom apartment; that isn't OP'S problem and its the result of those three awful people's choices that have landed them in the spot they're in. The parents are vile and unappreciative. OP bought the house but her parents publicly told their guests that Emily had bought the house and OP had done nothing for them! OP's parents have shown that they never considered OP to be part of the family. They were happyto take what she gave them but they still didn't consider her family.
