ОтветитьRomanians are the most hospitable people probably in all Europe imo after visiting a lot of European countries. And the food is so fresh and so delicious! And in case you have a sweet tooth like I do, Romanian is a deserts heaven-absolutely the best I had i my life!

ОтветитьMark I make a polenta loaf I spread one layer in my smaller bread pan put some gravy tomato gravy on that not too much not too little put the mozzabel and cheese on top of that and then I put the second layer and the final one on top of the Bay I then put tomato gravy on top of the polenta with the other cheeses and some Romano cheese and a little bit of olive oil and I bake it in the oven 350° f until the cheese on the top and it gets a little brown around the edges not too long because I don't want you don't want the bottom to burn take it out of oven let it cool completely slice it put it on the plate as a side dish or as a fun snack to eat whatever turns you on enjoy 🇺🇸☮️🗽🎆😅
ОтветитьMark will never forget Romania ! ;)
ОтветитьMark is treated like a royal. Very nice v-log, very beautiful Romania 🇷🇴 ❤❤❤
ОтветитьYou know what is really strange? To us Romanians is more cheap to eat fresh out of the garden because 90% of our people have their own house and gardens and animals, to western people it’s a shock when we tell them we can afford to cock fresh food everyday.
ОтветитьI want to go there. Does anybody the Name of the Village?

Someone mentioned that she was married to a Romanian man & considered the food super healthy - well, Having grown up in Sibiu - southern Transylvania, I would like to enlighten the woman & the rest who have been watching this video.
Our food is heavy on oil/butter/cream & beef & pork fat - so it's not actually healthy, let alone super healthy - let me fill you in:
Mici (Grilled Minced Meat Rolls) - not health
Ciorbă de burtă (Beef Tripe Soup) - not healthy
Pomana Porcului (Pork that is fried in a pan with Pig-fat) - not healthy
Jumări (Greaves) not healthy (bacon)
Cozonac (Sweet Bread) - full of sugar - not healthy Drob de miel (Lamb Haggis) - not healthy Salata De Boeuf (Beef Salad) full of mayonaise & meat fat - not healthy
Sanatate TO EVERYONE - Good health to Romanian married woman; but healthy no, not in Roumania where the people have serious health problems because of the over-rich food - heart attacks, high blood pressure, high blood cholesterol, strokes, diabetes - Roumania has the highest rate of tuberculosis cases in the EU. Expect to live about 10 years less than the most educated countries (71-75). But you'll have a good time dying! Noroc !
Tu esti putin prost - un tempit By the way, your female guide & the man who also served at the pic-nic that pig-fat (shunka) are Hungarian who speak Romanian.
So you understand - Transylvania is a COUNTY like Miami-Dade & Transylvania is not a CITY - Why didn't you ask about the names of the food you were eating?
Poorly covered & all you have been doing doing is just eating, without cuisine reference in the traditional language references & otherwise hysterical (laughing) -
I am from Sibiu - so where were you in Transylvania ? as to village/city/town wise? Noroc (which is used as the French Santé or the German Prost ) & in Romanian this word means Blessings /Good Luck . . . you arierat .
как на юге России)

ОтветитьMark Weins is just good at eating. The work necessary to create the meal is difficult for this dude.
ОтветитьI love the look of grits with butter and cheese...yummy!
